Myanmar/Burmese Language Processing Project is intended to design Unicode Compliant Myanmar Fonts together with Keyboard Driver for both Microsoft Windows and X-Windows. We also intend to expand the language processing in future.

Myanmar Burmese language support is lacking in almost all OS. Currently available is just a bunch of fonts without sorting and other necessary functions. This project will push that necessary langauge support to Linux and Windows.

This project will provide tools for user to convert existing web sites, blogs and documents with non-standard Myanmar font data to Unicode 5.1 compatible data. (Zawgyi to Unicode 5.1, WinMyanmar system to Unicode 5.1 etc.)
