Easy-to-use library to remove click delays on browsers with touch UIs
FastClick is a simple, easy-to-use library for eliminating the 300ms delay between a physical tap and the firing of a click event on mobile browsers. The aim is to make your application feel less laggy and more responsive while avoiding any interference with your current logic. FastClick is developed by FT Labs, part of the Financial Times. Note: As of late 2015 most mobile browsers - notably Chrome and Safari - no longer have a 300ms touch delay, so fastclick offers no benefit on newer browsers, and risks introducing bugs into your application. Consider carefully whether you really need to use it. The library has been deployed as part of the FT Web App. FastClick doesn't attach any listeners on desktop browsers. -

Google Unlocked is an open-source browser extension, which unlocks hidden google search results. The extension scans hidden links that were censored on Google search results due to complaints. The tool scans those complaints and extracts the links from them, puts the links back into Google results, all in a matter of seconds. The extension was taken down by Google from the Chrome store. Please use manual install. Download the latest zip release from Google Unlocked repository releases. Extract the zip file to a permanent path (Chrome will need to load it every time it restarts). Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/ and check the box for Developer mode in the top right. Click the Load unpacked extension button and select the unzipped folder for your extension to install it. After installing the extension, every time you Google a keyword, it will transparently scan the hidden URLs and injects them at the bottom of the page. -

Technically, Klipse is a small piece of JavaScript code that evaluates code snippets in the browser and it is pluggable on any web page. The klipse plugin is a JavaScript tag that transforms static code snippets of an HTML page into live and interactive snippets. If you want to integrate Klipse inside a Clojurescript project, it is recommended to consume Klipse as a Clojurescript library like any other Clojurescript lib. The Klipse plugin can be easily styled with CSS, which can be applied both to the Klipse plugin's own elements, and to the CodeMirror editor's elements. Much of the styling you'll apply will be to CodeMirror, as it contains all the CSS classes to style the code itself. No Coin is a tiny browser extension aiming to block coin miners
No coin is a tiny browser extension aiming to block coin miners such as Coinhive. Even though I think using coin mining in browser to monetize content is a great idea, abusing it is not. Some websites are running it during the entire browsing session which results in high consumption of your computer's resources. I do believe that using it occasionally such as for the proof of work of a captcha is OK. But for an entire browsing session, the user should have the choice to opt-in which is the aim of this extension. The idea was to keep it separate from adblocking. Coin mining in the browser is a different issue. Where ads are tracking you and visually interfering with your browsing experience, coin mining, if abused, is eating your computer resources resulting in slow downs (from high CPU usage) and excessive power consumption. You might be OK with that and not with ads, or vice versa. Or you might just want to keep ads blocked entirely and just enable the coin mining script. -

TopoJSON eliminates redundancy, allowing related geometries to be stored efficiently in the same file. For example, the shared boundary between California and Nevada is represented only once, rather than being duplicated for both states. A single TopoJSON file can contain multiple feature collections without duplication, such as states and counties. Or, a TopoJSON file can efficiently represent both polygons (for fill) and boundaries (for stroke) as two feature collections that share the same arc mesh. Browserify lets you require('modules') in the browser by bundling up all of your dependencies. Browsers don't have the require method defined, but Node.js does. With Browserify you can write code that uses require in the same way that you would use it in Node. Install the uniq module with npm. Now recursively bundle up all the required modules starting at main.js into a single file called bundle.js with the browserify command. Browserify parses the AST for require() calls to traverse the entire dependency graph of your project. Drop a single <script> tag into your html and you're done! browserify is a tool for compiling node-flavored commonjs modules for the browser. You can use browserify to organize your code and use third-party libraries even if you don't use node itself in any other capacity except for bundling and installing packages with npm. -
