PortOpt [Portfolio Optimizer] is a C++ program (with Python binding) implementing the Markowitz(1952) mean-variance model with agent's linear indifference curves toward risk in order to find the optimal assets portfolio under risk. Of course, Evrika is backward-compatible, cross platform and free to use. In the near future an advanced editor and viewer will be created, so you can better manage your code and view the results.
