"A linux modifiable and re-creatable by one person because you make it." TBLD is not based on another distribution it is roughly similar to Linux from Scratch. The Z83 C Compiler is an optimizing cross compiler for a language very similar to C targeted toward the TI83+. The output from the compiler may be assembled with TASM (http://home.comcast.net/~tasm/) or ZASM (http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_zasm/).

Win32 hosted tools to cross compile to DJGPP v2 (CWSDPMI) for MS-DOS. The primary reason is to be able to cross compile Allegro 3.12 using GCC 2.7.2.3 & Binutils 2.8.1. Later versions of GCC / Binutils are unable to build Allegro which leads to people either compiling on DOSBox which is incredibly slow, or just giving up all together. So party like it's 1996!
