TreeBuilder is a 3D tree model procedural generation tool. It implements two methods of tree creation. First is based on J. Penn & J. Weber paper "Creation and Rendering of Realistic Trees" and the second one uses L-Systems. TreeBuilder also features realtime rendering of created models.

V3D-Viewer is a Dicom and "Philips V3D 3DRA" Medical Volume Viewer based on .Net and the VTK library. With marching cubes, 3d planes and (3D texture) volume rendering, including histogram transparency and intensity curve selection tool.

A 3D graph explorer for tree-like acyclic graphs. The graph nodes are placed in the 3D space based on their level from the root node so that child nodes make a circle under the parent node. Currently supports Graphviz *.dot format and XML. Have fun!

AlertWheel is a new software application easing network analysis on large-scale networks. It is based on a novel radial visualization capable of simultaneously displaying several thousand alerts, emphasizing the most important alerts or patterns in the dataset. Among other things, AlertWheel offers a new technique for representing bipartite graphs (where links exist between two distinct node groups). Using this approach, links are positioned in a way to reduce occlusion in the visualization. AlertWheel simultaneously combines three link bundling techniques in a novel way to reduce cluttering on the interface. Our solution also incorporates filtering options, annotation, logging and details-on-demand, to support analysis processes as described by specialists in this field. This project was developed as a prototype for a research paper. Not designed for production use. No support will be offered for production installations. See documentation for prerequisites.

ApiVizTEP is short for Application for Visualization of Target tissue in Electroporation and has been developed with medical and electrical engineering students in mind as target users. It could also conceivably be used in training of medical staff in preparation for malignant tumor treatment with the process known as electrochemotherapy. This well-researched and developed treatment has a high success rate and is being adopted by many medical institutions performing cancer treatment worldwide, creating a need for educational software such as ApiVizTEP to provide a graphic and interactive tool doctors and technicians can use to familiarize themselves with the processes of electrochemotherapeutic treatment. The aspect of electrochemotherapy this application allows you to study in particular, is perhaps the most important one. Using analytical methods, ApiVizTEP calculates the electrostatic field generated by up to 6 groups of needle electrodes inserted in tumor and surrounding tissue...

The Coastline Evolution Model (CEM), originally developed by Ashton et al. (2001), Ashton and Murray (2006) and Valvo et al. (2006), is a reduced complexity, one-line sediment transport model that simulates the evolution of coastlines via wave-driven alongshore sediment transport. The original CEM has no Graphical User Interface (GUI) and does not provide graphical visualisations during model runs. The modified version given here includes these features. This project forms part of a wider research project and further developments on this model are anticipated.

Cscape is an application for visualizing and navigating through data from a Reverse Phase Protein Microarray (RPMA). Cscape uses the Google Maps API to map the RPMA data on top of an image of a cancer cell and its associated pathways.
