A library for easy use of symmetric encryption and decryption in java. Encrypt and decrypt with one line of code using common algorithms like AES. Requires Java 7 or later.

It is a simple android application for encryption and decryption of files using passphrase. Supported API levels are in the range 10 (min) and 17 (max). To encrypt a file, what you need is to share the file to "DCrypt" and enter a passphrase. To decrypt the file, you have to share the encrypted file to the application and enter the passphrase. Obviously the passphrase for encryption and decryption should be the same. Note that the file shredding is disabled by default. That means the original file won't be deleted even if you encrypt it. To enable file shredding, go to Settings-> Enable Shredding. The Stanford Javascript Crypto Library is a project by the Stanford Computer Security Lab to build a secure, powerful, fast, small, easy-to-use, cross-browser library for cryptography in Javascript. SJCL is small but powerful. The minified version of the library is under 6.4KB compressed, and yet it posts impressive speed results. SJCL is secure. It uses the industry-standard AES algorithm at 128, 192 or 256 bits; the SHA256 hash function; the HMAC authentication code; the PBKDF2 password strengthener; and the CCM and OCB authenticated-encryption modes. Just as importantly, the default parameters are sensible: SJCL strengthens your passwords by a factor of 1000 and salts them to protect against rainbow tables, and it authenticates every message it sends to prevent it from being modified. We believe that SJCL provides the best security which is practically available in Javascript.

SLEncrypt is a python module for encryption with 11 ciphers at the moment, including ADFGVX, Autokey, Caesar/ROT13, Vigenere, XOR and a lot more. It contains functions allowing you to easily encrypt/decrypt files. The code is about 95% PEP 8 compilant.
