Support for Pegasus-compatible USB to Ethernet devices on ARM(Android)
This project is aimed to add the ADMtek compatible USB-Ethernet converter support to the ARM systems, including Android. The patch provided is intended for http://pegasus2.sourceforge.net/ Pegasus/Pegasus II USB Ethernet Linux driver. It allows the driver successfully run on ARM making it send the correctly aligned requests for DMA. Tested on Android 4.2.2 (Linux 3.0.36) with DesignWare USB 2.0 OTG Controller (DWC_OTG). This is Cynogenmod 10.1 for Samsung Galaxy S 4G (SGH-T959V). This ROM includes CM10.1 (Android 4.2.2) with an Aries Kernel/Device tree. Before this Month, we only had herring kernel/device tree for the device. Aries is smooth and allows for more compatible rom development and porting. Stock software on SGS4G was halted at Gingerbread for SGS4G from Samsung. While others have made ICS Roms with a hacked GB kernel (herring), this is one of the first fully working (besides gps) aries releases and runs on Jellybean 4.2.2. ...
