Ratchet is designed to respond to touch events from a mobile device. Enable touch event emulation in Chrome (found in the overrides tab in the web inspector preferences). Ratchet is downloadable in two forms, within which you'll find directories and files, logically grouping common resources and providing both compiled and minified variations.
