YeastpRofileSpearman is a portable Windows form application, written in C#, to compute the profile of a genomic variable around transcription start (TSS) and termination (TTS) sites of yeast mRNAs. It is variation of the software application YeastpRofile (https://sourceforge.net/projects/yeastprofile/) in which Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (Rs) is computed in place of Pearson correlation coefficient. Calculate ASTM E1921 master curve and transition temperature.
T0 Test Evaluation Module (T0TEM) V1.5 calculates the ASTM E1921-19b master curve and T0 temperature for ferritic steels in the ductile-brittle transition region. It creates all required plots for the basic master curve and the inhomogeneity annex. Output is delivered via table or CSV and plots exported as picture files. The program is coded in MATLAB 2021a using App Designer. Use of T0TEM V1.5 is possible without a MATLAB license by utilizing the free MATLAB Runtime Version 9.10. This program was created by NASA at Marshall Space Flight Center. -

This is a collection of various programs developed in the course of a genomics project, involving the Pseudomonas strain NCIMB10586 These include * identifying and correcting errors in an (eg) pacbio genome sequence using illumina reads * prokaryotic sequence/genome annotation * RNAseq analysis - normalisation and collation of multiple samples as a group * RNAseq visualisation All scripts are provided on a 'best efforts' basis, however due to various system changes I do not guarantee that all files are the version used in the analysis. Also, please be aware that these were very much developed with expediency in mind - that is, the process was expected to be performed in its final form once; little care was given to optimising runtime or chaining scripts together, and sometimes external resources are accessed manually. -
