...Since Power system simulations have started needing to be executed in parallel, the old C-like designs are outdated; modular design is now needed to launch many simulations at the same time based on a base circuit. fPotencia is programmed in C++, but my intention is to bring JAVA, C#, Python and perhaps MATLAB versions of it. eANN is an implementation of several kind of neural networks written with the intention of providing a (hopefully) easy to use, and easy to modify, OOP source code. It is possible to have several different sized networks running simultaneously, each functioning independently of the others or acting as inputs between them. It also easy to modify the structure so that neurons (or even whole layers) can be created/pruned during simulation allowing dynamic expansion/contraction of the network. -

Migration of cells in a social context
Model of the migration of 3T3 fibroblast cells in social context
Code updated. There were a few errors in the physical model of the concentration field of secreted chemokine surrounding each cell, together with a few coding errors. All have been corrected, the model refitted, and all simulations presented in the paper repeated. Results from this corrected model are on par with the published results. -

...Assemblages are simulated by specifying the: 1) number of species, 2) total abundance of individuals, 3) abundance distribution, 4) spatial configuration, 5) species detection probabilities, 6) survey design, and 7) number of grid cells to survey (out of a square grid comprised of 10,000 cells). SimAssem also processes existing encounter data and formats existing and simulated encounter data for other programs. SimAssem, along with the open source code, will hopefully give researchers and managers a tool for assessing the development of new estimators and evaluating potential decisions in a simulated environment. TEBD simulates the dynamics of entangled quantum many-body systems.
...Expectation values and correlation functions, as well as entanglement measures and entropies, can be calculated. By propagating in imaginary time, TEBD can also be used to find the ground state of a given Hamiltonian. The code supports arbitrary internal degrees of freedom, and has been optimized to conserve total particle number. Accompanying the code is a user's guide which provides background on the theoretical and conceptual foundations of TEBD, manpages, case studies of well-known hamiltonians, and exercises.
