CPPSP (C++ Server Pages) is an open source web application framework similar to ASP.NET. It features a template parser that parses, compiles, and loads CPPSP pages automatically at runtime. pepperDoc is an automatic documentation compiler similar to javadoc, but for use on php sources. It is very easy to use, because it's a commandline/binary, so you don't need to have a PHP-parser installed on your machine. Currently win32 only.
