...For text, this means wrapping each with a function capable of translating the text (or “message”) into the language of the user. Enable and configure Symfony’s translation service. Abstract strings (i.e. “messages”) by wrapping them in calls to the Translator (”Basic Translation”). Create translation resources/files for each supported locale that translate each message in the application. Determine, set and manage the user’s locale for the request and optionally on the user’s entire session. The locale used in translations is the one stored on the request. This is typically set via a _locale attribute on your routes.

Please note: this project is no longer (actively) maintained. Current version: 1.5 WinPen++ is a simple but expanding Windows editor for HTML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, Lua and C#. Since it uses the latest technology, WinPen is available for Windows Server 2008 and above. Users without the latest update (SRV2008, SRV2012, Vista, 7) will have to download the Installer for .NET 4.6 from Microsoft (link is in ReadMe.txt).

LatexInWord provides macros for Microsoft Word that allow the use of LaTeX input to create equations images in both inline and display modes. Similar macros for other word processors will hopefully be added in the future. This program is completely stand alone (150 lines of code). A filename may be passed so the editor will open with it's contents or it can be used without a filename and a default filename will be assigned that may be changed before saving text. For security reasons, no provision has been made to allow saving to another directory. Future additions may include the capability to save to a sub directory.
