Kenny is a Winboard/XBoard chess engine based on Winglet (http://www.sluijten.com/winglet/source/index.htm), an open source chess program. Winglet's full source code can be obtained from Winglet. Kenny is an advanced form of Winglet which plays better at some faster time levels like blitz chess or upto 20 minute games, but almost always loses against Winglet when the time controls are 40 minutes or more for each. These tests were run by setting up various tournamennts on the free Chess GUI Arena Version 3.0. Kenny uses modified values for evaluation of various parameters, thus introducing almost an entirely new engine, because the evaluation function is the heart of a chess engine.

NetColony is a political simulation game focussing on colonial development. A range of human affairs is covered in the game: war, economics, crime, science, etc. Players manage Interests, each being a political force with a special Agenda to fulfill.

The OTWG is a multi user war game with multi-layer delegation. Logistics, production, tech dev is included. Creation of maps, scenarios, campaigns, Orders of Battle and Tables of Equipment is also included in the scope

On Sight is a multiplayer, turn based board game. Players try to convert all other players' units to their side by simultaneously seeing a unit and not be seen by it. This is like simple Laser Squad or Jagged Alliance. No weapons, all tactics!

Pax is a grand strategy game around the topics of war, diplomacy, exploration and trade, set during the Middle Ages and Renaissance. It features a highly customizable engine, allowing users to create their own variations of the game or completely new "mods", thorugh simple scripts. Planetary Hoppers is a Java based space strategy game. The game is multiplayer, TCP/IP-based classic style strategy for up to 70 players. Single player mode is not currently available.

Puzzle Dungeon is a free-software game that incorporates classic puzzle games like Sokoban, StoneAge, Atomix, The Minotaur and Theseus, Memory, Fifteen, RotatePic, as well as new puzzles. The game uses pygame and pgzero. It should work well on GNU/Linux, Windows and other Operating Systems. Most levels are generated automatically, offering a new experience every time. Pre-created maps are also supported, including classic collections. Players can reload the same level if stuck - whether it’s newly generated or pre-created. Some puzzles are time-limited, others require strict adherence to rules, and many involve finding a path to the finish. Some levels even feature enemy encounters.

Sjeng is a strong, GPL'ed chessprogram that plays bughouse and crazyhouse (drop-chess). It also supports standard chess and is compatible with any program supporting the XBoard/WinBoard protocol.

Simple chess game for people who want to play chess but don't want to take it seriously. Written in C, using SDL 1.2 or SDL 2 for graphics. Interface inspired from old chess game for ZX Spectrum. The computer searches (L+2)/2 moves ahead (assuming that a move means that both sides move a piece), where L is the difficulty level. Positions are evaluated only by adding the values of the pieces left on the board. Any factors related to where the pieces are, such as mobility, doubled pawns, isolated pawns etc. are not considered. To add variety to the game, possible moves are randomly shuffled before every search.
