Simple Cipher Decoder
Decrypts and encrypts substitution, transposition and vigenere ciphers

MUTED is a simple Text Encoding/Decoding program. It will encode whole text files, and soon translate simple text into morse, and other types of encoding. Currently supports only simple text encoding using custom-written method. Developed using VB5.
