Locks up when notes are slid against toolbar

A Note v 4.2.1 will lock up when there's notes slid to
the right and a Toolbar has been created there and set
to be "Always on Top." It could occur when the toolbar
is resized (which changes the screen size).

Seen on Windows 2000.

Also, the "Send Bug / Feedback..." gets messy when
using Outlook because it locks up both Outlook and A
Note until the message is sent or canceled.
