#12 Attachevents leak
The AttachEvents method hasn't been implemented too
well. It currently does no cleanup of objects that are
created in order to handle events to external objects.
It is really just experimental code that seems to work
ok, but shouldnt actually be used :P. Just keeping a
vector of created objects on a per-script/site basis and
cleaning them up on exit should be ok.
Though the events dont seem to work with IE for some
reason, though that seems to be a quirk with IE as
noted in quite a few places and the fact that other
objects seem to work ok.
