#216 FTP directory download
Aria2 doesn't support download directory from FTP, so if people want download the whole directory, they must make a list includ the all files name and sub folders, that's very inconvenience. If aria2 can download the url such as 'ftp://8.8.8.8/files/.', that will very useful.
