Allow to add user controls

Must be skinable

CMS must support skins using asp.net master pages. It should be easy to change skin dynamically using admin section without modifying code.

Support for multiple languages

It must support multiple languages and also should allow to add/remove existing languages. Users must be able to change the language at runtime as well.
