Need our directory structure to put up a working example.

Currently this is only useful for creating (minimal) Excel files,
as the Directory structure is hacked (see HackDirectory
functions) to fill in correct data for "Workbook" stream and
"SummaryInformation" stream, which are the minimum
necessary for Excel.

I have found a JavaScript Red-Black tree implementation
that seems to work, that I am planning on rewriting into
VBScript (perhaps as another project?) to integrate with
ASPOLE2 for (more) full functionality.

This is really the most glaring missing piece.
