&lt;p&gt;i found that asproxy is one of the best proxy services ,but it doesn't work with rapidshare and latest cgiproxy works with rapidshare.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;if you test asproxy 3.6.1 it will work with time counting, but still can't download the file like latest cgiproxy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and the latest asproxy can't work even with the time counting.&lt;/p&gt;
