I really need your help on a problem with my snom 320 switchboard, wich runs on trixbox ce on a sangoma A200/Remora FXO/FXS Analog AFT card. all incoming calls are getting lost. we have two incoming lines that hunt when one or the other is busy. when I phone either of the numbers it immediatly goes to: "the extension you are calling is currently busy". I have rebooted it and re-entered the ip adresses over and over again. all the other softphones we have on our pc's can dail out without any problems. after office hours we have a lock on the switchboard that allows all incomming calls to immediatly go to the all the other extensions. so after hours a person can call in without a problem.

I hope I explained it as detailed as needed. any help will be greatly appreciated.

regards

with end point manager. My 7970 and 7940 do not get
found by end point manager. I however have the 7940
working from a config file Ive been able to create
through the cisco config area of trixbox.

Can someone post the default trixbox config for the
SIP 7970 so I can edit it for my setup?

Ive tried using ones posted on www.voip-info.org with
no success.

a2billing for billing. I have followed the installation
and user guides from http://wiki.asterisk2billing.org/.

created trunk, ratecard, tariffgroup and customer.
Linked customer card to tariffgroup. Linked tarrif
group to tarrif plan and rate card. Linked ratecard to
trunk. And put the right protocal ( on trunk.

After this i can dial a number, get a pin code request
and punch it in. The its the system asks me to dial the
number which i do. Then i get the message 'the number I
have dialed is currently unavailable.. try again'

I tried to created another trunk with another protocal
IAX2 (to call my other asterisk box). Then try to dial
and i get the message ' there is no responce'

Can anyone help me. I think a2billing is a nice billing
system and i want to use it more. Another questin is
how do i disable the asking of pin code when a user is
calling another internal extension?

i will appreciate your inputs.

hundreds of small sites.

One of the key features required is the ability to
provide centralised reporting. This can be done quite
easily using our existing reporting platforms
(Jasper/iCharts).

Unfortunately voice is not our area of expertise and
it is difficult to understand all the database
relationships using the myPHPadmin front end.

Is there a structure diagram available that explains
those relationships?

ISO

I know this is goign cause some laughter but I tryign
