Hi,

There are bugs in the TMX code (read/write).

The translation unit variant <tuv> for TMX versions
1.1-1.2 does not accept 'xml:lang' to indicate the
language code, it is 'lang' only.

Therefore, B2T does not write the TMX out as version
1.1 as it is said to. It cannot read 1.1-1.2 either.

The default version written out should be 1.4.
