The bitext2tmx user interface should be improved for
better use.

Some issues with the current interface:
- too wide; not useable by people with smaller
monitors or low resolution.
- does not resize; neither do any of the dialogs.
- layout of widgets wastes screen area.
- no way to adjust layout to users taste.
- 'Save' and 'Abort' buttons at right side of window
wastes space and are superfluous; functions can be
invoked from menus or ,later, via toolbar buttons.
- add a toolbar; remove all regular buttons from the
main window.
- no way to control fonts.
- label and button text is not completely correct (in
English); can also be highlighted in various places
(bold, different fonts).
