#3 support more input/output formats
The application should support more than just plain
text files as input and TMX as output.
For input, the application should support all the
formats that omegat can read, and then some.
In the case of output, the application should support
other translation memory formats in addition to TMX (e.
g. XLIFF, text dump, database file, ?). If the addition
of new outputs are added, I suggest that the
applications name be changed at that time to bitext2tm.
Possibly some support for TBX or other terminology
formats for output would be an idea.

Additional input formats will be added as B2T moves to version 1.0. Which ones to implement are a pending question. As for output formats, this will have to be considered after the input formats. And I will have to get back to myself on the other points.
