Of course it would be nicer and easier to have a better integration to the used operating systems. This means.
1.
Just add a run-script (briss.sh or briss.run) for unixoid systems. Yes there is a README that tell me how to start a jar file. But reading something before beeing able to start a gui-application is hard and some users wouldn't do this. And some of them don't know how to start a java-file from commandline because my IDE normaly does this for me. ;)
2.
DEB and RPM packages would be great.
3.
And an integreation in official debian and/or ubuntu repositories.
This is a far away wish. But not the farest away. That is why I set the priorty to before-the lowest.
