Command line option, detect side margins only, so the height of the page(s) is always the same.
Only width changes.
Reason: sometimes part of the text is missing. it is rarely that side of the text is mis-detected.
Note:
There is already command line that works, that does autodetection, and saves output.
And there is patch that adds use of coordinates.
