I would suggest option to save settings for PDF cropping job.
Settings could be saved in a files names same as PDF just with different extension.

Reason: cropping PDF may not be one time job. It happens that source PDF has to be updated and cropping repeated. As there is no option to save cropping settings for PDF, user has to go through all over again through it all. It would help if settings are saved so, after source PDF is updated ti could be just rerun with same settings.
