BugTracker.NET ignores reply-to in emails

Hi,
A lot of our customers contact us directly and we want to keep all support history in our bugtracker. So i tried emailing the bugtracker with the customers email body and set the reply-to: to the customers email, so i can reply from the bugtracker maintaining history. But BugTracker.NET totally ignores reply-to: headers, both reply and reply-all have no effect.
