everything works well except for editing existing tickets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can access the edit ticket page but once I press the&lt;br /&gt;
'Enter' button I get the message 'sorry mate, you are&lt;br /&gt;
not allowed to edit tickets'.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not even as administrator can I edit a ticket (even&lt;br /&gt;
though I can access the edit ticket page).&lt;br /&gt;
Users created as staff can not edit tickets (even&lt;br /&gt;
though they can access the edit ticket page).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Users created as friend can not edit tickets and can&lt;br /&gt;
not access the 'edit ticket' page.  This, as far as I&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The directory in question DOES exist as far as the path is shown. &lt;br /&gt;
The contents of /etc/SourceFiles/yaws/yaws/scripts/  : &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;.        Makefile  make-release  ntpath.sh  yaws.conf           &lt;br /&gt;
yaws.conf.template.local &lt;br /&gt;
..       darwin    make-upload   redhat     yaws.conf.basic_auth&lt;br /&gt;
yaws.ss &lt;br /&gt;
Install  gentoo    mangle        suse       yaws.conf.template &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help for this Linux noob would be greatly appreciated. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did do a &amp;amp;quot;make install&amp;amp;quot; for the yaws, then went back and did a &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;quot;make local_install&amp;amp;quot; too. The ./configure didn't get past the &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;quot;checking for yaws&amp;amp;quot; line before I did that. &lt;/p&gt;
