After I install as per the instruction given in readme.txt.

I enter the site url, after that next to Project label "An error occured on the server when Processing the URL . Please contact the system administator" error displaying.

Can anyone pls help to solve the issue.

bus with page of login

Hello

I installed bugsonline well, only when I am on the page
of login, I enter the login and password (bugsadmin)
but it does not have button there to enter or to
validate and touches it "enter" does not make any effect.

What to make ?

HTTP 500 Internet server error

Installation on Windows 2003 standard edition has been
completed. i can get the first page where i should fill
in the username and password details. i.e. bugsadmin .

Then after which i get a HTTP 500 Internal server
erroron the login.asp page.

Please help

We tried to install the application to the IIS 6.0 in
windows server 2003 and we were unable to login to the
application.

cannot log in using bugsadmin after installation

I think i followed the instructions in the README.txt
correctly to create the virtual directory in IIS manager,
and creatinge the system DSN through the ODBC Data
Source Administrator as I get the login sceen when I
type in the URL into my web browser.

After I enter the username and password of bugsadmin
and select the "Mangement" project (there is no "Site
Admin" option as indicated in the README file), I get the
following error:

ASP Errors

I'm receiving a number of ASP errors when using
BugsOnline.. I will add each of them as comments when I
receive them:

When clicking on the bug tracking number to view it's
detail:

Error Type:

Page not found after login

I have followed all the instructions, but after the login
page (index.asp) the next page can not be found. It
does not matter if I write the correct or incorrect
user/password, it can never find the next page.

The OBDC source "bugs" is properlu configured.

Persits AspEmail integration

First of all thank you for your wonderfull code!,
My Name is Justin and I work for the US Coast Guard.

We are considering useing Bugs online for our internal
project tracking.

Anyways...I set up and IIS server on my laptop, setup
the database and have everything working flawlessly.

I showed it to my Lt today and he was inmpressed, but
He wanted email notification. Once I told him it was built
in he is pretty much sold and I get the big shiny medal.

HOWEVER, I'm haveing trouble getting the persist
aspEmail to pick up the sent mail.

I downloaded and set up the AspEmail and configured it in
control panel.

I had to change a few variables to match persits and I
stopped recieving object errors but now I am recieveing

Error Type:
Persists.Mailsender.4 (0x800A0004)
Connection timed out.
/scripts/process_submit_bug.inc, line 198

If I watch the aspEmail utility in control panel no log is
genertated (set to all vice only errors) and nothing enters
the queue.

I'm sure I just missed a variable somewhere, I'm sending
the view_bugs.asp page and the process_submitt_bug.inc
page

I'm going to continue to work on it, but if you can email
me back with any help I'd certainly welcome it.
