Logging into BugTracker

I am a newbie in development for my company. Back in
January 2006, myself and another developer installed
BugTracker 2.1.5 on our sever. We used the program
for about a month and then moved on to another
project. Today, I decided to use BugTracker but I
forgot how to log back in. I am having a mental
block. I know that in the URL I type in the name of
the server that the program resides on but can not
remeber the complete string.

For example: http://nysevername/?

Please let me know.

I have SQL Server 7.0 on the backend of BugTracker.NET

I am having problem changing web.config

This is what I have in the key="ConnectionString"
value="PROVIDER=sqloledb;Data
Source=DEVQA;uid=BugTrackerUser;pwd=it!$fun;Initial
Catalog=BugTracker"

I have a SQL Server Group - DEVQA, which has the
database - BugTracker - in it.
