Implement the align, position commands.

Add switch to disable server side file access

Current a user can save/load report files from the
server. Add option to disable either. Also add option
to provide a single list of predefined reports to allow
users to view already created reports but not access to
file system.

Required for multi-user demo. True security system to
be integrated for Beta.

Add property setting to restrict table access

Allow tables available for report use to be limited to
a defined set. This is to allow a shared database to be
used and limit what tables are accessible for reports.
Needed for demo purposes.

Add PDF renderer

Add PDF renderer for Alpha to allow other avenue
besides HTML for this initial release.

Expand data source tree and other trees

Limit number of pages on preview

Finish Chart Wizard
