After a fresh install of the C4J Plugin, it does not initialize properly if a project in your workspace is closed.

Leading slash in c4j_library variable on Windows

On Windows, the path to the c4j.jar library stored in
the variable "c4j_library" starts with a "/", leading
to "Error opening zip file..." when a launch
configuration is run.

Contract Methods are misleadingly marked with warnings

Contract methods (methods with a "pre_" or "post_"
name) should be annotated with a warning if the target
method cannot be found in the target itself or in its
supertypes. However, currently only the target itself
is checked.

Compiler compliance level not checked when adding C4J nature

When C4J is enabled for a project, the projects
compiler compliance level is not checked. Only Java 1.5
projects or higher should be allowed to obtain a C4J
nature.

All problem markers are reported as errors

All problem markers on a source file (i.e. error,
warning and info markers) are reported as error by the
plugin.

NPE when changing VM args of SWT launch configurations

Changing the VM arguments of SWT launch configurations
(and probably others) results in a NPE.

contractClass annotation attribute blocks plugin

The use of the "contractClass" annotation attribute
results in an infinite loop when scanning for the
value. Thus, the plug-in hangs and subsequently does
not report all contracts and targets.

NPE when starting Eclipse after a fresh install of the plugi

After a fresh install of the plugin (i.e. there is not
metadata for the plugin in the workspace), a NPE is
thrown because the runnable in
C4JActivator.refreshContractReferenceModel(IProject[])
does not properly check for null values.
