Can't compile on RH7.3

I get the following error when I try & compile Cafe Linux:

./Install
Please wait while the program installs itself.....
./Install: qmake: command not found
make: *** No rule to make target
`/mkspecs/default/qmake.conf', needed by `Makefile'. Stop.
Errors encountered during Installation.

I gather this is because I don't have qmake (an attempt
to replace GNU's build utilities), any help in finding
qmake source or binaries to get this thing compiles
would be greatly appreciated.
