CatMDEdit.sh needs to be started from CATMD installation dir

The start script only works, if you are in installation dir of CATMDEdit, here is a patch to fix this. Now /path/to/CatMDEdit.sh works.

2 windows open at launch

2 windows open when the program starts. The first are the GUI, but the other is smaller and has no content. It also can not be closed. Not seem to affect the operation, but is a bit uncomfortable.

I'm using Ubuntu10.10
Java version "1.6.0_20"

Editor does not allow SAVE or CANCEL

Hello,

Trying out version 4.6.5 using Windows XP SP3 with Java 1.6.0_21. Not sure why but the editor never allows me to press SAVE or CANCEL. Pressing EDIT does not seem to do anything and I am "stuck" in the editor.
