add support for uuidref in operateson in service metadata

Hi CatMDEdit team, i like your product, however i've found some problems reading my inspire "metadata for service" records

In the inspire schema the operatesOn nodes are not read by catmdedit, because they contain a uuidref attribute (besides the xlink:href attribute.

The xml is like this:

Will you b able in a next release add a fiels to enter uuidref?

Metadata in External Database

Instead of using XML files to store metadata
information, the software could give a possibility to
store the data in a database like postgresql or mysql.
So this kind of information could be shared with other
people easily.
Id like to develop a web interface to access this kind
of data but I feel more comfortable to work with
databases managers.
