tbf peakrate problem

Hi:

I have my cbq-0005 with

DEVICE=eth1,10Mbit,1Mbit
RATE=64Kbit
WEIGHT=6Kbit
PRIO=5
RULE=192.168.0.77
PEAK=64Kbit

The problem is executing /etc/rc.d/init.d/cbq compile >
/root/cbq. This give me the manual commands in cbq.
If I execute /root/cbq the error is RTNETLINK answers:
Invalid argument.

If I edit cbq and change peakrate 64 Kbit for peakrate
65Kbit. The problem with "invalid argument" dissapear
but I can't Navigate o download anything.

I don't have this problem executing
/etc/rc.d/init.d/cbq start
Is the compile option working bad?
