Steps to reproduce:

Open a new game in ChessX.
Play 1.e4 e5
Press the left arrow key to go back to the position after 1.e4.
Play 1...c5, starting a new variation.
Comment the move 1...c5 with "Test comment".
Delete the variation.
7a. Play 1...c5 again. The comment reappears.
7b. Instead you can also play another move like 1...c6. The comment still reappears.

Expected behaviour:
Deleting a variation deletes all associated comments.
