Rearrange Folders

I use several folders and like them listed
alphabetically. When I add a new folder, it puts it at
the end of the folder list. How do I move the folders
around to place them in the order I want them. I guess
the same would go for links. Thanks

Just curious, how hard would it be to make this toolbar
work for the Maxthon IE Web Skin and are there any
plans for something like this. Also, do you know a
trick that would get the one you already have to work
with Maxthon? Thank You Again in advance.

Firefox Chipmarks Bar

Don't want to feel stupid, but how do I get bookmarks
to appear in the Firefox Chipmarks Toolbar? I imported
my bookmarks, so I think that the folder got deleted.

Is there some way to create a new folder that will act
as the original? Or, to be able to change the label on
a current one to make it the default one?
