I can tell you with total certainty; as much as I would like to have voice
chat, it is not a feature that I have the time or energy to invest in
implementing.
Assuming I were to get as far as reverse-enginerring the codec enough
to decode it, then I would have to implement encoding to it, which is a
whole other matter. And then there is the issue of staying compatible
with yahoo, they change the protocol around ever so slightly at random
times just to throw the 3rd party clients off.
So as you can see. It's not going to happen.
