a) I was not able to register a new channel with -1 &lt;br /&gt;
The second node&lt;br /&gt;
booting was hanging . &lt;br /&gt;
b)  I increased the ICS_MAX_CHANNELS and registered a&lt;br /&gt;
new channel with number 12. This helped in proper&lt;br /&gt;
booting of second node but  resulted in  the issue that&lt;br /&gt;
i discussed in the previous mail ( ICS service was not&lt;br /&gt;
getting called properly from  node1 )&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</summary></entry></feed>
