It is in the Help, under Useful Links - 4 clicks away -> right-click on the start button, click on Help, click on Useful Links, click on the link. And if you are already in the settings, it's 3 clicks away.

It's not the same thing. What if I want to got to the home page? Do I have to google for it?

That's what the update module is. It checks daily for a new version, pops up a notification, and offers to download the new version.

Could you please add a button (or a menu item) in the settings window so that, on clicking, I can get to the classic shell's home page and downloads.
