Start button and Start Menu are great. I then used “Classic Shell Explorer Options” to customize Windows Explorer. Except it didn’t. Everything I chose in the CSE Options appears to be completely ignored when I open “File Explorer.” So, I assume there is something called either Classic Shell Explorer or Windows Explorer. But if so, I cannot find either one.
Any ideas? How dumb am I?
