Can not log on to my email box

I don't know whom should I report this bug to.
The detail is:
I have an email box in www.21cn.com but I could never
log on by firefox chinese edition.
This browser should automatically jump to another page
after a jsp page, like IE. But it did not.
Please fix this bug in your next version.

Go to chat.sz.net.cn --- enter an valid user name to
log in the chat room...you will find that the webpage
can't work properly...compare with IE. 6.0

Advanced Address Book Search does not work
but it work in en-US or zh-TW().

地址本中的高级搜索功能不工作。
但是使用英语或者繁体中文的时候，高级搜索功能是正常的。

"Bugs" can be understood by most Chinese visitor.

译错了，就是查看－布局下面的经典试图。应该是视图这
个词而不是试图这个词吧。

"Bug" were translated as "错误"，most of programmer do
NOT translate the word "bug" in professional papers,
for example,
"修正了多处BUG".

Google Toolbar does not work

I tried to install google toolbar. At first, it looks
that it was installed successfully. When I restarted
Mozilla, there is bar at all. What's worse, I saw what
the snapshot shows in the low part of the browser. What
should I do? Can I uninstall that google toolbar?
