Made this work but test each case like:

- Running same feature consecutively
- Running different features after each other
- Making changes to source files
- Running different projects
- Running while already running

Clouds don't update

They redraw but the data seems frozen. Some concurrency problem with the hack and slash threading I put in

Work when running locally, but don't run from update site version. maybe missing the jar or something

Now that the plug-in does a bunch of other things, have to consider that the JST may not always be built.

Currently a critick run is required before colouring, cloud can be used.

Fix will be to create a reusable class called "ProjectModel" that can monitor project dirty state etc. Has update() method that will rebuild JST if required, used by each feature.

I need to do a writeup so Wal/others can dive in and work on this once I'm gone.

Doesn't need to be a paper or anything, just:

- architecture overview
- plug-in overview
- settings/xml formats
- how to add/change a rule
- how to add a new colourer
- how to use critick

I.E. through the menu go default colouring -> design issues.
Subsequent windows opened will use this colouring.
Can of course override individual windows by selecting colouring -> ...

Critick doesn't work the first time you click it

It jams up for a second too. Must be lazy loading or something?
