When using the account, if you lose your connection and try to get back in, AND if there is a limit to the number of characters you can have logged in at a time, then you will find it impossible to gain back control of the character left idle due to losing the link.

And, if your link dies while you are in the account manager window, you can kiss getting back in goodbye completely. =)
I think there ought to be a way to book dead links when new connections come through.
