ASDF-INSTALL compatibility

If packages were published as separate tarballs they will be compatible with ASDF-INSTALL.

Making packages ASDF-INSTALLable simplifies development and deployment of systems that depend on the parts of COM-LISP-UTILS package.

Add a Web interface to the creation of fuzzy systems.
At the least the interface should allow one to create
fuzzy adjectives, variables, and rules.

Use genetic algorithms to find fuzzy rules

Use genetic algorithms or genetic programming to
find "the best" rules to use for a fuzzy controller.

Note: This requires RFE 804150 before this can be done.

Add a macro for defining a fuzzy controller system

Although the idea is mentioned in the package
documentation, it would be useful to implement a macro
that defines a fuzzy controller for a dynamical system.
An example would be a definition for a controller that
attached to the botom of a broom that keeps it upright.
