#27 GUI Launch on Windows 10
On Windows 10 (Insider Preview), the GUI won't open. It gives the error message: "To use GUI-based Setup Utility, you will need to install Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 or newer."
Windows 10 comes with .NET Framework 4.5 pre-installed, and therefore won't let the user install Microsoft .NET Framework (giving a message along the lines of "the current or a newer version is already installed." when installation is attempted)
