Initial profile selection

When starting the plugin, the initial selection is not set properly such that the image viewer cannot use the back/forward buttons.
The problem is that the image viewer defines an initial profile (hardcoded as first profile), however; the buttons use handlers which rely on the selection provider which has no initial profile.

Import / Export

The export function should strip away page specific data. As the export is also used for persistence, need to implement two methods of export, with or without page and user data.

The import function shoul allow for default caching locations to be set based on given parameters (eg. overall relative location - user space based, profile location).

Profile Selection slow

Should load the image in a non-gui thread. Display the image once the non-gui thread has finished.
This should stop the freeze when selecting another profile in the ComixManager.

Show blank string if a value from title or description is null. Currently shows null.

Current page index is the java array index, should be a human index (ie. +1)

Default cache location.
