Add console to interact with hylafax

Add an interface towards HylaFax commands and queues to the administration panel. This might be very useful when:
- you don't know where your fax is hiding
- you wrongly added 101 copies of the same fax to the sending queue and you would like not to send them all
- you'd like to reset and clean every queue
- ...other similar situations.

Browsing through hylafax man pages could be too time consuming and not rewarding.

This "hylafax" console should interface not all hylafax commands but only those relevant to the Communications Suite:
- manage sending queue (eg. browse, empty, cancel a single fax)
- manage fax devices

Only sending messages, without receiving them

In some circumstances it is advisable to only send messages (eg faxes) without receiving them. For example when you would like to send faxes from SAP, but every fax received by modem from outside should be send to appropriate mailing list.

To fulfil this requirements we must change implementation of class:
trunk\code\CSMiddleware\src\org\commsuite\devices\fax\polling\FaxDevicePolling.java (and possibly some other classes as well) in order to separate send process from receiving process (much the same for SMSes).

Upgrade to Spring Framework 2.0

It is valuable to upgrade Spring Framework from 1.2.8
to 2.0 and to change our own implementation of JMS
receivers into SF 2.0 standard implementation

Send FAXes/SMSes via SMTP

We are currently supporting sending and receiving SMSes
and FAXes by SAP servers only via RFC channel. I think
it might be valuable in some cases to implement also
SMTP channels as is described in SAP Note 455140 -
"Configuration E-mail, fax, paging/SMS via SMTP"

I suppose it might be the solution for bug (is it a
bug?) in some of SAP R/3 servers that I have described
here:

From SAP R/3 server point of view it is only
configuration matter. From Communications Suite point
of view we must implement (embed ?) SMTP server --
maybe Apache JAMES Project would be good candidate for
that ( http://james.apache.org ) ? SMTP protocol would
be the second option for receiving messages from SAP
from CS point of view (it could be working parallel to
RFC channel established with other SAP servers). It
should be also possible that we support RFC and SMTP
channels for the same SAP server.

Performance tests / high load tests

Consider writing performance/ high load applications
tests. Maybe it will be valuable to parallel some
existing unit testes by decorating them by this tools:
